We began our day as usual by visiting the local library community centre up the street called, "Entre Amigos". They teach Spanish there; they have a local arts and crafts store; they have a thrift shop; they have tons of activities for kids and adults; they have free internet; they host local guest speakers; you can find out whatever is happening in the area by just asking the staff; they speak English; we are library members so we can borrow books too.
After lunch, we spent the day at the beach playing in the surf and doing our Mexican stretches. The water is warm and the waves are crashing, and the sand was like brown sugar. We are going to find some boggie boards so we can surf, as only seniors do.
We took tons of photos today of flowers, the local beach dog, and the sunset.
Every evening, the sunset seems different and very dramatic.
We returned back to our casa to wash off the sand, have supper, and relax and then headed back to the beach for an evening stroll through the village to check out all the "rich" accommodations. We ended up at one end of the beach where the rocks are piled and the waves crash in so beautifully.
The tide came in quickly because there was a storm brewing in the sky and the moon was full.
We returned to casa Tequila to play poker, and we taught Milla some Bridge. The hot chocolate tasted great.
